You didn't have a round-trip ticket?

Contact your friends or family to send you the money and get you back home.

Hi,

Base on what I've experience the immigration people don't care about your plane ticket, that is your obligation or your ex fiance since he is the one that brought you here in us.

ok thank you.what if my ex fiance is about to go to jail does he have the obligation for my ticket?

Oh OP, I'm sorry things didn't work out... but yeah, you or your ex-fiance have to buy your plane ticket to go home.

I am not sure if he is OBLIGATED to buy you a ticket.

i guess that shows that you should buy a return trip ticket when coming to the united states, many people post on vj which is cheaper one way or round trip.and we say which ever one is cheaper.sorry things are not working for, hope you get home safe soon .

USCIS or the US government WILL NOT pay for her return home. That's on her and her ex-fiance.

i dont think he is going to be forced to provide you a way home(a ticket)unless USCIS can take care of it and garnish his future tax returns

Oh by the way...not much of a man to do this...it is the least he could do

I'm just wondering... is the ex-fiance even OBLIGATED to buy her a plane ticket? Like, what if he and her aren't talking at all right now (after she had landed in the US), and he doesn't want to help her... He's not obligated, is he?
