11: They are asking NAME(s) of Prior Husband(s)/Wive(s).

If you married once, say NONE.

15: Name your current employer no matter where they are.

17: List your MOTHER, BROTHERs and SISTERs (if any)

18: If you don't know where to live, nobody knows. Just pick one.

question 11- My previous wife that in the case is the mother of my son remarried twice already after me so should I write the name she uses today that is her 3rd husband?

question 17- They are asking to list wife/husband and children of your relative!! Brothers?Sisters?Mother? Don't think so!

question 18- I rather go with Joanna " Not know at this time"

Another question I have is on question 7 for the petitioner Other names? My son is a USC but as well have a Spanish passport were his name change just because of the fact that in America your last name is your father's name but in Spain is your mother's name! Example in the US Andrew Wilkinson Brown- Spain Andrew Brown Wilkinson...should he write this down? :hehe:

But it's in Section C? They only specify "your relative" in 13, 14, 16 because they are phrased as questions. I can prove this because the London sample I-130 answered this question "not applicable - stay at home mum" and the beneficiary is the female :B

As for question 11, I'm not entirely sure, but I would think her original names would be acceptable. Because after all, there is no reason why you could be expected to know her subsequent names, that is I would think it a little too extreme for USCIS to require that everybody know the current name of their ex from decades ago, if you see what I mean. So using that reasoning I would go with what I originally said, however you could also add "now Warren" onto the end of all that.

Sorry. You are totally right. I wasn't looking at the C.

(On my teeny, tiny laptop and had it enlarged on the question too much.)

Hi JoannaV, so the answer is regarding my employer right?? I'm confused now and for question 11 it make sense that they don't give a cupa if you know the person name after almost 12 years divorced!

Any toughs on my son others names? on question 7 for the petitioner!

I think it would be appropriate to list any names he has ever used especially on documents (like his Spanish passport)that may be different than what he has on his US things like passport, driving license etc., even if it just the order of the names that is different.

Thanks a lot

I have misreading somewhere on your post. I thought you are petitioner.

So go back to the answers, I would say.

Question 7: They only care if your son has any other name than current one since he entered to the US.

Question 11: You can write her name as she was with you before.

Question 15: Your son's current employer name and address. This made me confused before, so I had asked USCIS and they confirmed it is petitioner's employer.

Question 18: You should have known where you intent to live or your application will be incompleted. You can change later once you get here.

Question 7: They only care if your son has any other name than current one since he entered to the US.

He was born on the US and later acquired the Spanish passport!

Question 11: You can write her name as she was with you before.

Yes we will write her maiden name!

Question 15: Your son's current employer name and address. This made me confused before, so I had asked USCIS and they confirmed it is petitioner's employer.

Thanks for taking the time and asking USCIS.

Question 18: You should have known where you intent to live or your application will be uncompleted. You can change later once you get here.

Yes I will do that and change later..apoligies for the confusion is just because I have been following this site for months now I'm helping my son with all the questions he need to start the process!

Best Regards
