Hi,

I'm getting ready to send out my I-485, I-131 and I-765.

I understand that I need a set of 2 pictures for each forms (so 6 pictures). Do I also need to make extra copies of my I94, petition approval and marraige certificate or does the one copy provided with the I-485 is enough?

Thanks a lot for your help

As all 3 forms are separate applications you need separate copies for all 485, 131, 765.

Thank you for the answer :)

I just wanted to make sure so I do not lose any processing time.

So I will send a copy of passport, I94, Visa, NOA2 and marriage certificate for each form so I'm sure nothing is missing.

There's an AOS thread in my signature with the document list. You also need a copy of the biographical page of the passport for the EAD.

I didn't do the extra copies for my wife and step-son and all were approved. But....yes technically you should. I would, if given the chance again.
