things slow down around the holidays, after the holidays things start to pick up.lots uscis employees on vacations duaring thanksgiving, chrismas, new years,

you mean they are gonna slow down even more than they already have?? :wow:

Oh come on, you make many people are crying on this forum...no0pb.gif. As I said, USCIS needs pay attention more to your I-129F and processing them faster....or....:lol:

if im miserable then so should everyone else be :lol:

:yes: Cheer up guys! you'll be fine,just try not to think about it so much and just enjoy the ride. It does seem such a long time, but when it hits the NVC things start move more quickly.

yup its going to be a cold winter :( BTW we are waiting for about the same time

Got my NOA1 July 20th from the California Service Center and still no NOA2 I am wondering if I should be worried and call somebody or something. Any pointers/advice would be greatly appreciated <3

I have a long wait as well, wedding planning and skype are both helping me deal but I don't get to see him as often as I like :< and I don't get to hold him either <3 I love my wonderful, sweet, warm furnace of a man :)

no point calling... they will only tell you to wait until the 5 month point to call again.

Re. a request to expedite a review of our 129F. My fiancee lives in a smal town south of Mexico City. Kidnapping has been a frequent event in her area. A member of her extended family (uncle) was actually kidnapped this year until a ransonm was paid. She received a call this week demanding money from her to prevent her form being kidnapped. The police are totally ineffective in their work. Is this grounds for me to request an expedited review?

09/18/2012 - text notification receivefor 765/131 but not 485.

09/22/2012 - NOAs for I-130/ I-765 received in the mail.(not for I-485)

09/27/2012 - Biometrics appt scheduled for 10/04/2012.Had case number for I-485.

09/29/2012- duplicate letter for Biometrics appt.received.

10/10/2012 – Biometrics completed..

11/19/2012 - Case status checked and showed EAD/AP approved/production. No text or letter received.

11/27/2012 - EAD/AP combo card received

I've talked to my congressman's secretary before about EXPEDITION and I definitely think that you got a case there in Mexico, Jim/Jan.

It's not 5 months atm...They changed it.They're currently processing March 15 filers.And we are waiting past 5 months already.Well to be exact, 170 days.Ten more days and we are gonna hit our 6th month.But yeh nothing to do but to wait. :bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

Is true we have right now 5 months 2 wk 5 days and still waiting NOA 2,only we need waitin and wait :crying:
