Beneficiary's change of address

Hi VJs

I just have a simple question.

2 weeks after we sent our petition in August, I (beneficiary) moved and changed my address. I thought we would have to report that to the USCIS, however, my fiance called them, and was informed that only if the petitioner changes his or her address, a form needs to be sent to them. I still live in the same country as my previous address stated (Denmark). In Denmark, once we inform the postoffice of an address change, they usually just transfer any mail recieved to your previous address to your new one, so I don't know whether it's necessary to take any action?

Anyone of you with any similar experience?

Thanks,

Christine
