I'm about to send my AOS package (i-130,i-765,i-485,i-693,& i-864).I'm here on F1 visa but I'm currently out of status.I have a few questions.thanks in advance.

Is it necessary to include a cover letter in my package?

If i get a letter from a relative concerning my marriage, does the letter have to be notarized?

Do i need to include a copy of my 1-20 in the package?

A cover letter may not be necessary but it is always helpful.

Affidavits from relatives may be helpful but you do need to them notarized. And I believe you need to provide specific information, such as the Date of Birth and Address of the person providing the affidavit.

I would go ahead and provide an I-20 copy. Not sure if it's necessary (the I-94 definitely is) but it won't hurt.
