Hello all of my friends whose case completed on sep2011 and still waiting to hear good news of interview.

I know it is very painful time for each of us December is already full now we don't have even hope for Dec, but you know there is no use crying over the split milk,let us have courage and wait patiently (though it is really not possible, I know my own condition)for January.At this point of time we need to be united and badly need the support of our senior member/Expert like Dave and Navyk.

My case completed on 28th of Sep and I am impatiently waiting for the interview date

I agree with this.

Mumbai consulate is testing the new consulate that will open on the 21st of this month. They have a lot of work cut out for them.

I feel they will hold back a month to make sure the facility is operating in a clean and fluid manner and come January they will open the gates and they should house more and more visa appointments.

It looks like they already added an additional 100 appointments for December compared to November. But who says they will increase the number of spouse visa's and not family based visa's? No one really knows!

You have to realize with the addition of more windows they must hire more people and train them. So theoretically they can have 44 windows but without more staff they don't have 44 windows open...

Their are a lot of variables I can think about this but please understand I know as much as you do as to what is going on in Mumbai consulate.

Hang strong and have patience... it's only the real advice I can give. Keep calling NVC daily and inquire about your case being scheduled an interview date.

I called up to NVC and they told that they will schedule the final December interview by next week.This means the list posted on Mumbai site is not yet complete, also the last date of interview as displayed there is 19th while in reality many people got Dec interview upto 30th so where are there names in the list? Guyz it seems there is still some hope.Let us keep our finger crossed.
