My wife is US citizen and I'm a F1 visa. We have plan to apply form I-130 on next month. Can I get out of school after form I-130 approved?

Moreover, when can I get work permit? so I can go to work because we will get the first baby in few days later and our finance is very low it hard to pay school tuition for next semester.

Please give me an answer, that is very important to us.

Thank you,

If your in the middle of the AOS process - you can stop going to school - however, if the AOS is denied, and if you didn't maintain your previous status (as a student), you will have to leave based on your status.

You can apply for the EAD when you do the AOS - that will allow you to work - see this guide.

My friends wife went through the same thing, and his lawyer suggested she stay in school till the GC was in hand.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
