I received my GC in Aug 2011 and I am a US ARMY soldier. I want to bring my father and my sister to the USA and dont know what way to take to go about it. I work for the federeal government and I am due for my citizenship in Sept of 2012 because of my military contract. I wanted to know if there is a possible way to get them here sooner. My dad is 58 and my sister is 18.

Any inputs will be valuable.

You cannot file for them now, you have to wait till you have citizenship. File for your dad asap, then when he has his greencard, he can file for your sister/ his daughter.
