Not only is this not going to pass but next year even more states are going to reject the movement to make marriage anything 2 or more people decide it is by changing their state constitution.

Willing adults, yes. DOMA does not address child marriage and my feelings about marriage are that it is a contract and government is not needed. You must be age 18 to enter into a contract in every state that I am aware of.

As far as if 23 women want to marry one man, yeah, I am OK with that. Marry a German Shepard? Can they legally enter into contracts?

what other private actions between willing adults do you want to have congress control? Do you want them to control YOUR sexual activity? Should they be able to say what YOU do in the bedroom with your wife?
