i have recently received an approval notice from USCIS, Manila Embassy regarding the automatic conversion and now my status is F2B.

my PD is June 4, 1999. What do you think should I do next?

Thanks for your attention and reply.

Have you completed NVC processing yet? If not then that will be next. Your priority date is now current.

Last two years (when my status was F2B then) I submitted all the necessary papers that they have requested (Choice of Agent and lastly requested a copy of my passport, picture, birth certificate, police record etc). It was also that time that they informed that they have changed my status to F1 all of a sudden and informed me that no visa is available. Only here at this forum I have read someone with similar to my case and what to do(after two long years).

Do you think I will have to go through the same process again as I did two years ago?

Thank you.

F2B date for Philippines is 15AUG01, so your PD (June 4, 1999) should be current :)

Some of the documents have a limited period of validity. These include the affidavit of support, the police report, and the medical. If any of these documents were submitted before they'll you need to get updated documents to submit. It shouldn't be too difficult. You're almost there.
