6/20/11- Married my Soulmate

USCIS: 161 Days NOA1 to NOA2

9/1/11 - I130 Mailed (USPS Priority)

9/2/11 - Arrived in Chicago Lockbox

9/6/11 - NOA1 via text/email (rerouted to California Service Center)

9/9/11 - NOA1 Hardcopy in mail

9/9/11 - Check cashed .... and the wait Begin

2/10/12 - NOA2...no whammies, pleaase, email only, no txt

2/12/12 - mother in law past.... She was an angel

2/12/12 - NOA2 Hardcopy in mail

2/13/12 - NVC rec' case ! No expedite, but I worked a few nervIes...

NVC STAGE: .......days from case # to case complete

2/13/12: NVC received case (information only given on 02/13)

2/23/12: case number and IIN assigned - gave email info to operator

2/24/12 :Paid AOS fee and DS3032 sent by email (auto response received immediately)

2/27/12: AOS fee PAID on payment portal, Fee was withdrawn from Bank Account. So,is PAID :-)

2/27/12: mailed AOS (USPS Express mail) & was told the NVC accepted the Choice of Agent but havent heard or saw anything different

2/27/12: Choice of agent accepted

2/28/12: IV fee invoice received by email

2/28/12: Paid IV fee

2/29/12: IV fee PAID on payment portal

2/29/12: IV package sent

3/12/12: IV package reviewed and accepted. AOS package not Recv'd

3/14/12: Case complete!

4/06/12 : Interview Date Scheduled for 05/31/12!

My NOA1 is from 6/8 and no NOA2. It passed 5 month time frame already and I cant reach any USCIS rep. on the phone. I just can call the toll free number and hear some general info, there is no option for me to reach live rep. Does anybody know how to reach live rep. on the phone?

06/06/2011: Submit I-130. Case is at CSC

06/08/2011: NOA1

01/06/2012: NOA2

01/23/2012: Case number assigned

01/26/2012: AOS Bill and IV Bill invoiced

05/10/2012: Paid AOS and IV fees

08/22/2012: NVC received AOS and IV packets

08/29/2012: Case complete

11/06/2012: Interview date appointment received

CSC is going to start putting them out in a hurry as they are on the 5 month borderline on being backed up. Let's hope they don't shuffle a month or two of the petitions to TSC like they did last year. That was a train wreck! In one week they'll be 5 months so it's coming soon. Something at least as they don't let it go much if any past 5 months at the original service center. Best of luck!!

I cheched my status yesterday morning on USCIS and was surprised to learn that the I-130 petition was approved by CSC on December 21st, 7 days after receiving the NAO1 notice. I was very surprised, since I was more than prepared to wait for the 5 months period. I really do not know how this works, there are so many factors that influence the processing time. I think it's a good idea to be patient, hope for the best, and keep a positive outlook, eventhough the waiting period can be quite frustrating, especially when you've done your part.
