Actually the US debt is very manageable - it would only take a few tweaks here and there and it isn't so long ago that it was a surplus.

The problem is that there is no political process to deliver the tweaks..

Cut the military down to just the same as all the rest of the world put together, stop all the adventuring wars, hike the tax a bit for the middle and a bit more for the top and ..... bingo ....surplus !

The right make a big deal out of it coz it suits them and scares people...but really it isn't that big - look what happened after the war when it was huge - boom time !

Look what happened to Germany a few years after it was brick dust - boom time !

It isn't all over at all...but it will be if Jim de Mint gets his way and drives us back to cotton plantations, no votes for women, lynchings, church rule and 1787.

I think Richgrinch could win - I hope he does. He has no chance in the general. Bonking your class teacher doesn't go down well in Texas plus which he is ugly and looks vindictive which will turn off the center.

He is so ugly that he can only keep a woman by having a $500,000.00 account at the diamond store.

That always works with a certain class of woman. The women will vote for Romney as he is handsome, so he will be the candidate because 50% of the voters are women except in CA where it's more complicated.

It will be Romney and they will lose but not too badly - Richgrinch will give O a landslide

Only ever spoken to two women about voting - mother and wife - they both want to vote for a good looking guy and it is VERY important. They even vote for nice looking women coz they want to be like them - Barkmad and Paining for instance

The women even forgave Clinton coz he was nice looking - but they hate Cain for only touchy knees because he isn't

You can't overcome it or argue with it - its like religion - its a a binary decision

Mitt's the man if they want to only lose gracefully. Some men can get away with being dumb if they strike the maternal 'oh he's just a boy' nerve - Perry doesn't

The economy is stirring, the stock market is on the move - by November 2012 Mr O will be riding the upswell
