NOA1 Question...

I recieved my Noa1 in the mail a few days ago but i noticed under the alien fiance it lists his name, bate of birth and country of birth but his country of birth says unknown..... is that a problem i should call USCIS about or is it normal? thank you in advance!!

That is alittle odd. Looking at my NOA1 it is listed. (Country of Birth)

That information was supplied in your 325-A application with your Petition so it seems Not a Worry. However, it is odd still. The NOA1 would have not been issued if there were question about the Original Petition.

Surely, his 325 listed this information.

Contacting USCIS about the NOA1 TYPO may help for peice of mind since you are not Ammending the Petition and wish clarification.

I think they have the information or would have never accepted or cashed your check.

His Birth Certificate was in the 129-F Application. His Country is listed there

Oh, i did have his birth attestation, passport page, and NIgeria listed on the G325A ......

Call the Customer Service between 8am-8pm M-F at: 800-375-5283 then press 1, and 1, and 1 and enter your Receipt Number and go from there. Give CSC a call at the number JoeVisa provided and they'll send you a new NOA1 with the information entered. There was an error on my NOA1 and in a few days after calling CSC I received a revised one in the mail.

THANKS EVERYONE, WANTED TO GIVE AN UPDATE TO HELP OTHERS IF THEY READ THIS... I CALLED AND PRESSED THE 1, THEN 1, THEN 1, THEN AFTER I PUT IN MY CASE NUMBER I PRESSED THE PROMPT TO TALK TO SOMEONE TO FIX SOMETHING. THEY SAID I DID NEED TO HAVE IT FIXED BECUZ IT MAY CAUSE AN ISSUE DOWN THE ROAD IF ITS NOT FIXED NOW... JUST A BIT OF INFO FOR OTHERS. MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS RIGHT ON THAT NOA-1FORM SO IT DOESNT CAUSE PROBLEMS LATER ON!!
