If you signed up for text/e-mail updates, yes, you should get an update telling you that your interview letter has been mailed out. I got this text/e-mail yesterday and should be receiving the hard copy interview notice in the next few days. The text/e-mail is pretty vague other than saying the date which your interview is scheduled to take place, nothing about exact time or location (though you can probably assume your local USCIS office).
