Hey guys,

Do you know how long does it take for a result of AOS applications from K1 after transfer to CSC. My case got Transferred on 26th October, and the letter says its been transferred for "Faster Processing". Does anyone have any ideas ( Specially who have been transferred and got a result recently) how long it might take to get a decision on the GC or a Interview Letter.

Thanks for Your Help

If you have been transferred to CSC more than likely you wont have an interview as this is for faster processing. It will still be another 2 months till you get GC. Mine was transferred 22nd Dec last year and I got GC 11th March

Divorced !st November 2012.

Married only 2 years 1 month

My AOS was transferred to CSC on December 22 and was approved on January 25. So, a month.

We were transferred to CSC on July 14th and GOT THE GREEN CARD TODAY!!!! YEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

So almost 4 months of waiting when they said they send cases to CSC to speed up processing. We saw soooooo many cases that were approved in 1-3 months though. And no phone call we ever made (and I made many) was ever answered with anything but an answer that seemed to be read right out of a book. In other words just frustrating to never be able to get a solid answer. All you can do is wait.

Good Luck to all!!!
