Hi everyone!

Let me start by saying that I am very happy I found this forum :-) I'm glad there are other people who had successful experience with

fiance visa.

I know this has been asked before but I wasn't able to distill an answer.

As a student, what address do you I use for the G-325 and I-129F forms?

I am currently at graduate school, living at the grad school apartments (which is more like college dorms).

My lease with the current apartment will expire in May

and after that I will definitely try to find more suitable living arrangements for a couple.

My question is do I list the current apartment as my residence? I am worried that the process will take sometime, and they will

have to send me papers after May (when I will be out of the current apartment).

Should I list the school address anyways but attach a sheet saying that I prefer all mail to go to another address?

Or should I just go with the flow and then fill out a change of address form in May?

Thanks a lot,

Alla

Same situation here. The change of address has been a pain and not very well-handled. (Some of the mail still went to the old one, even though it was past their "30-day wait period," and then delayed us. Also, changing the address online did not take, had to call in.)

I would give the desired permanent mailing address on the paperwork, and then attach an "addendum" with the question number, re-list the mailing address, and then give your temporary physical address, sign and date.

Also, virtualpostmail.com has an awesome mail receiving service. $10/month, they scan the envelope, if you order it then they will scan the contents and/or forward the letter. I switched to this since I am moving around a lot at the moment for work. So, for our most recent paperwork, I just gave a "mailing address" of the VPM service and a "physical address" of my hotel... hah.

Also, I am the petitioner.

Good luck.
