I have never contacted them but do use their website.

I know the website keeps track of who log on and you should check the website to see if your case have been "touched".

I know I checked my case daily and knew exactly when they touched it. One touched and about two weeks later I got the NOA2 noticed.

I check daily too but my case was just touched only 1 time 6 days after my NOA1. Nothing else since then. And I cant reach live rep. on the phone, just automated system.

How can you see if your case has been touched? All I see under "My Case Status" is it was last touched on July 12, 2011 when they received my I-129F.

Adjustment of Status Journey

July 05, 2012: Sent package off to Chicago

July 13, 2012: NOA received via email & text

July 16, 2012: Checked cashed

July 19, 2012: Received hard copy Form I-797C in the mail

July 21, 2012: Biometrics letter arrived by mail

July 31, 2012: AOS trransferred to CSC

When they changed the date on your file when you log on (usually when you log on, the date they last touch it will be there), that's when you know they have "touched" it since the last time.
