If a corporation is person, at what stage is it conceived - at registration or when the founder dreams up the idea ?

Actually, I believe thats already the case in some states, provisions are already in place to prosecute some circumstances where the mothers activity is blatantly harmful to a unborn child.

It's amazing that the pro-egg people want all this government involvement with the egg. If the mother goes to an I-Hop and the waitress asks if she wants her eggs fried or scrambled, would that be mental trauma if the egg heard it ? Could the egg sue the waitress for the thoughtless comment ?

If live begins at conception, then taking a birth control pill would be 2nd or even 1st degree murder, as it implies taking a drug that prevents the person (a.k.a. the fertilized egg) to nest in the uterus.
