Once you have gotten married, you will file for your adjustment of status, along with that you will send an I-765 which will allow you to work once approved. The I-765s are being approved in about 2-3 months. AOS is taking a little longer, looks like 3-5 months. An interview is not always done but usually is for the green card.

Roughly, EAD usually takes around 3 months, AOS usually takes around 6 months.

Yes, you can't work legally until your EAD is approved.

2-6 months after you file for the AOS which is after you get married. How soon after you get married you file the AOS is up to you.

You can also file for an EAD at the same time and typically those are approved in 3-4 months. When you have an EAD (or green card) then you can work. Until then, you cannot. Information to the contrary is wrong.

Correct

More like 3-4 months after you FILE. You first have to get married, collect all the needed documents for the AOS and then file the AOS with the $1070 fee. THEN wait 3-4 months. Check timelines for EADs, I think they are running about 3-4 months right now.

The K-1 is not a work authoirzed visa. That is why it gets processed faster than the CR-1 which IS a work authorized visa. You chose the route that gets you in the USA the fastest, it is not the fastest for getting a green card and work wuthorization. With a K-1 you are only "halfway there" when you arrive. But that was your choice and that is why they have different visas.
