OMG, I am excited like never before but at the same time am not sure. I am really thinking this is NOA2 approval but nowhere does it state it. I received a text and email stating the following:

On November 8, 2011, your document I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of November 8, 2011, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a "green card") or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.

If you do not receive your document, please contact our National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results

listed above, or if you have not received a decision from USCIS within the current

processing time listed*, please contact USCIS Customer Service at (800) 375-5283.

Is this really my NOA2? I am screaming of joy. Checked the USCIS website and it doesnt have any bubbles colored in so I do not know...someone please tell me if it is NOA2 approval....

OMG just spoke to an agent and he stated my I130 approval was sent via mail.....ahhhhhh doing the happy dance!!!!!!!! ahhhh i need a cold presidente to take it all in!!!!!! ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!

Omg I'm so sorry..Breathe and just wait and call tomorrow maybe since their system is not working properly give them till tomorrow to get a more clear answer..sorry you're going thru this :-(

Well, All I can tell you, you should wait until the NOA2 arrive, cause when I saw my NOA2 in the USCIS website system I won't beleive it. I just waited and got it in the mail 3 days after. Anyways if they told you that I don't believe that they're going to give you a wrong information. Just cross the fingers.

Generally the approval notice contains " Approved and forwarded to the national visa center" or " Approved and forwarded to the embassy "

Not " processed and mailed to the address on record " because they shouldn't process and mail you anything. Unless it is an RFE.

Even my online statuses stated Approved and forwarded when I got them. Never said anything like " processed and mailed to the address on record. "
