A suggestion you may consider - have one or two complete statements eg bank accounts, credit card bills, etc. and then just the verifying pages for other months. For example I sent a full copy of joint bank account statements for each quarter - and I highlighted lines that showed the house mortgage payment and my car loan, etc. where they were paid from our joint account. You might want to consider doing something like that.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Thank you AandB, Jadenjewel and Kathryn41 :) I guess i'm gonna be printing some more pages..heh just to be safe. Didn't even think about the bank statements and highlighting things that we paid for with our joint account...great idea!!! For some things, like our electric, it's only in my hubbies name, so I scanned my bank card onto the receipt showing i paid the bill with our joint account, that should be good enough too, I hope.

Hi everyone! I'm getting my evidence ready, and just had a quick question: should I delay sending the forms in and wait for my tax transcript or can I send in my tax returns? The guide said it was preferable, but wanted to see what you guys had done.

Also, I sent in my address change notice about a month and a half ago. To this date, I haven't received any confirmation and neither has my sponsor. Should I include the copy of the forms and delivery confirmation from USPS in the package or not even bother with that?

Thank you for the help!

As long as you have the confirmation page from doing the change of address online i would not worry about it. Since they had no record of ANY that i did, i sent copies of all the confirmations to prove that each time i moved i did indeed notify them, i also sent copies of the notice for Davids change of address as well, and also the proof of change of addy with usps. When i called to check on the addy change uscis said they could not do anything unless i had an active current case and told me to just send in my ROC and my address would be updated to match that. hey i figure sending those copies of notices in is proof we both changed our address and still live together at teh same address each move.
