For a marraige you need your marraige certificate, evidence of joint ownership, bank accounts, if you own property together, anything that will show comingling of assets and I will include pictures, phone records, emails, etc and travel itenarary showing that you were both in the same place. Please feel free to add anything I forgot. You can go to

www.uscis.gov

look for form I-130 and print the requirements.

Good Luck.

Evidence of joint ownership are not required and NVC/ Consulates know that. Marraige Certificate and a few photos are sufficent at I-130 level. If you can get some random emails (not all please, just a few), any airline tickets of travel, if any (copies of stamps in your passport is also fine) and invitation card are fine.

By the time your I-130 is approved, you may have additional stuff - like new travel evidence or emails or chats and any inter-mixing of finances (add as beneficiary in 401K or Insurance....), which can be sent with DS-230 application to NVC later.
