So, I am officially screwed...

applied for my UK police certificate last month, booked my medical for monday thinkin that it would be plenty of time for it to come in.

I phoned the ACRO today, and they don't have me on their system!!! :wacko:

So, basically thats 35 pounds down the drain and I can't track it because I sent it first class and a postal order

Now I'm gunna have 2 re-apply, send another 35 pounds and wait another 2/3 weeks.

Had a funny feelin things were going a little too smoothly!! :crying::angry:

July 11 2011 - I-129F Sent
July 14 2011 - I-129F Received at Dallas Lockbox
July 21 2011 - NOA1 Received (dated July 14th)
Oct 13 2011 - NOA2!!! biggrin.png (NO RFE's)
Oct 25 2011 - NVC Received
Oct 26 2011 - Got Case Number
Oct 27 2011 - NVC Sent Case to London
Oct 31 2011 - London Received Case
Nov 11 2011 - Recieved Packet 3
Nov 14 2011 - Packet 3 Sent
Nov 21 2011 - Medical
Dec 2 2011 - Packet 4 Received
Dec 12 2011 - Interview!! 8.30am
Dec 12 2011 - APPROVED!! biggrin.png!
Dec 15 2011 - Received passport with shiney new visa and HUGE white envelope.
Dec 19 2011 - Travel to US: POE Newark
Feb 14 2012 - Married smile.png Now need to wait for baby Marcus to be born. Due date April 27th.
May 4 2012 - Baby Marcus born!!

March 14 2013 - AOS Application Sent smile.png
March 18 2013 - USCIS received date.
March 25 2013 - USCIS notice date. Receipt #MSC1390000000.
April 13 2013 - RFE Received for Copy of Birth Certificate.
April 18 2013 - RFE Replied.
April 23 2013 - Biometrics.

May 28 2013 - EAD Approved
May 31 2013 - Card production ordered.

June 3 2013 - Card Mailed, expected delivery date June 5.

September 25th 2013 - Became an official resident!!

October 5th 2013 - Green Card Received.

August 24 2015 - I-751 for Removal of conditions received by California Service Center.

August 24 2015 - NOA Receipt Date.

September 24 2015 - Biometrics.

pay extra on the postage, then £70 for the premium 2 day service and another £7 pound for next day return delivery... expensive but you might have it back for the medical. or call the medical place and see if you really need it.

TWO THINGS:

YOU WILL ONLY NEED FIVE POUNDS EACH FOR ADDITIONAL COPIES WITHIN THREE MONTHS OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION.

They said they haven't recieved my application at all :( so that isnt an option unfortunatly

If it won't be there before Monday, cancel the medical now as if you cancel within three days of the due for medical date they'll charge £90. Good luck!

yeah apply for the premium service and try and reschedule your medical for a few days later if you can just to be safe :)

You do NOT need your police certificate for the medical. I didn't have mine on time because it was around the Royal Wedding and bank holidays that I applied for mine so there were delays, all they'll do is hold on to the results until you can e-mail them a copy of it!!! Once you've e-mailed them a copy they will then forward the results on to the embassy!! Just give them a call to confirm what I've said.

Same goes with any immunizations that you may need. You can get those done at your local doctors for free and then e-mail confirmation that you've had them to the doctors in London
