Hello Haiti filers. The VJ community has been a big help to me and my fiance. He is finally here with me but not without help from VJ. One thing that helped me was talking to other people who filed in the Haiti portal. So I wanted to create a thread where we can all come together can talk about where we are in the VJ process and share with other Haiti filers about our experience, ask questions, and share about the experience. So an nous pale ansam pou yon aide lot or let's come together to help one another.

This rocks! Im loving it hopefully people come up in here and pale! Now I got a question for those of you all who talk to your boo's all the time what do you use to form of communication rebtel no pin what??? help a sister out I need more bang for my buck if possible

I'm so tired of NOPIN!!!!! lol what is Rebtel? and I also use EZETOP to "top off" his phone for him to call me but the taxes on that sucker is crazy!!! we also use yahoo a lot he has a blackberry. I thought i saw somewhere here about another source but forgot. ALSO WITH NOPIN AND EZETOP CALL HISTORIES OR CHARGE HISTORIES ARE THERE FOR US TO SHOW AS PROOF OF COMMUNICATIONS.

I live in Haiti and my wife is a US citizen that lives in USA. We use a phone called " myhaitimobile" there website is : myhaitimobile.com You activate your account for 20 US dollars and you pay 40 dollars as a monthly fee. You get unlimited calls to USA and Canada. The person in the US pay the 60 dollars for the activation package and the person in Haiti will go to a Haitel office to get the phone. After the phone is activated, the person in Haiti will be able to call USA and Canada unlimited. That is what my wife and I use, she just pay 40 dollars every months. This is awesome and cost less because before we used to spend over 350 dollars US each month to talk by phone. I encourage you to use the service guys. Thank you

Girl yes I left no pin alone their customer service sucked and when they did away with the viola agogo when I was able to get 750 mins for 69 bucks than I was told about rebtel it was good for a while because it was about 19 cent a min but than martelly came into office and raised the taxes and all that stuff so now its 23.5 cent a min so now I just add mins on his phone and save the receipts through viola. My fiance has a blackberry too but has no internet on it he says he dont care for it on the phone and would prefer to get on in the house I dont know how that will work arghhhhhhhhhhhh so ready for this thing to be over

Up to now "myhaitimobile" is the best ever, i just spent 2 hours talking to my wife in the US. It is completely free and the monthly fee is just 40 US dollars.

Arent you lucky that would be nice if I could spend the time together while the paperwork is going through. Yeah my fiance keeps talking about that natcom but he was talking in reference to the internet I wouldnt mind skype or video chatting either that would be cool and would really help.

I hope it works for you hun. Maybe they have gotten better I had tried them when they first came out I was so upset because I the phone call was in and out all the time.
