From a fellow VJer that sent in her I-130 app found out USCIS employees have been working weekends to unclog the systems and some folks have been reporting that they are receiving NOA1 and NOA2 on the weekends. I think that is good to hear the government is trying to unclog the system. Seems a lot of people are wondering what the hold-up is about because it did seem like they were on a roll with NOA2 approvals and abruptly stopped mid-February.

Lucky you, I haven't seen my fiance in over a year, because we figured we would save some money for this whole process. You just missed nice weather in this case, we are now pushing 20C, while last week it was still snowing (at least in Bucharest).

And yes, there seems to be a Romanian affluence here. We send the papers around Thanksgiving, and I hopeing Easter will be the NOA2 time for us.

im getting anxious everyday but there's nothing to do but wait. Wish that

eventually its gonna be NOA2 and no RFE in our case. Praying for the best
