Sent package 3, noticed 2 mistakes but it was too late. Instead of N/A I wrote NONE, and in a box asking for address, I wrote the name of the city twice. Hope they won't matter much, who knows...

I think those are very minor errors that are common among these types of standardized forms. I'd bring a back-up set of corrected forms to the interview just in case.

[*] 15 May 2013 - Moved from MN to LA; [*] 17 May 2013 - Applied for a new SS card/filed an AR-11 online (unsuccessfully), therefore called and spoke to a Tier 2 and changed the address; [*] 22 May 2013 - Address updated on My Case Status (finally can see the case numbers online); [*] 28 May 2013 - Letter received in the mail confirming the change of address; [*] 31 July 2013 - Went to Romania; [*] 12 September 2013 - returned to the US using the AP, POE Houston, everything went smoothly; [*] 20 September 2013 - Spoke to a Tier2 and put in a service request; [*] 23 September 2013 - Got "Possible Interview Waiver" letter (originally sent on August, 29th to my old address, returned and re-routed to my current address); [*] 1 October 2013 - Started a new job.

Hello from K1-CANADIAN -Beneficiary (VANCOUVER)

NOA2: May 10, 2012 (Insert from Notice below)

"The above petition has been approved, and forwarded to the listed consulate. Please contact the consulate with any questions about visa issuance...."

May 21: I REALLY didn't need to call the NVC regarding the status of my file, but I did.

Read the insert posted above, to the NVC lady. She suggested contacting the consulate in Vancouver, 15 business days from the notice date (June 1).

whistling.gif15 + business days later...( from May 10th, NOA 2)

Friday June 1: Nothing in the mail.

Saturday June 2: Emails regarding status of file, sent to NVC & US Consulate in Vancouver.

Monday June 4: Email reply from Vancouver Consulate. "Nothing received from NVC."

Evening Call to NVC: Case # given, advised petition was sent to Vancouver Friday May 31st.

I have a 'Case Number', but no 'letter'. So...now what to do? blink.gif

Obviously, wait a few more days. The petition left the NVC Friday May 31st. Give it 3-5 business days for delivery, so sometime this week. If nothing, then I will make some calls.

Hello from CANADIAN Beneficiary in Vancouver:

Booked my medical & interview today.

*Medical, WoKing Medical: Wed. July 11th

*Vancouver, VISA interview: Fri. July 20th

Both appointments could have been booked this month, but I wanted to wait until my fiance was here visiting me.

We haven't seen each other for over a month, since May 7th, due to his work. So this visit in July will be extremely special.
