Received NOA2 text and email last night after 13 days of USCIS-CSC receipt of my RFE documents. Glory be to his almighty in the highest for making it possible. Now, I am getting ready to put package 3 together for my fiancee. I am one of the lucky November filers. Good luck to the filers who are still waiting for thier good news.

Not really sure, although I know what they will say - that you have to give them some more time (I think it was 30 past those 5 months). But I reckon it doesnt hurt to start some waves.

I called USCIS this morning and the operator was very helpful. He put in a service request and said something about calling back in 15 days if I don't hear anything...

hopefully we won't have to wait that long!

im on a weeklong holiday with my best friends and yesterday while on the way to the beach, fiance messaged me and said that we got our NOA2 and was sent out May 2! I was so happy told him im gonna do cartwheels at the beach! lol! To the others waiting im sure you'll get yours soon! Goodluck guys! :dance:

Update From the CANADIAN beneficiary in Vancouver.

Received email notice today!

I-129F approved! kicking.gif It took 6 days for the decision from USCIS-CSC, after receiving our 1 1/2 lbs RFE documents.

*Waiting for notice to arrive at USC residence, via 'snail-mail'.

*Package 3 prepared, ready to launch into that! Did whatever I could without having the NOA2*

My fiance was just here, so he gave me whatever I may need for interview time. good.gif

He's in Louisiana, working on a ship out in the Gulf of Mexico.

Next time we see each other will be June. A few weeks apart is nothing.

Our longest time apart was 6 months. Thank goodness for cell & emails! (no skype or mail)

Sent package 3, noticed 2 mistakes but it was too late. Instead of N/A I wrote NONE, and in a box asking for address, I wrote the name of the city twice. Hope they won't matter much, who knows...
