I got my green card through vawa 3 years ago.Now iam eligiable to apply for citizenship.I have 2 questions

1.Where do I send my N400 application?

2.I ended up recounciling with my husband who had mentally and emotionally abused me ,now a changed person that under went counseling and anger management programs and now is a nice and wondeful person.Is this going to affect my application the fact that I am still married to him as we never divorced though during the vawa process we had filed for divorce then later we decided to give it a try as we have children together?Any help will be appreciated .

Where you send your N400 application depends entirely where you live. Click here , find your state then determine where to send the N400.

As for as the renewed relationship with your husband, not sure how that will affect your N400. There is a martial staus question on the N400, but I don't see how having a relationship with him will affect you, unless you are questioned about it.
