Hey all,

I was just getting things organized as I'm about to send my I-134 to my fiance tomorrow, and when I was looking at the list that is given at the Consulate as to what order they want the documents, I don't see the DS-230 Part 2 listed anywhere. I know she sent the DS-230 Part 1 as part of the Packet 3 reply, but what about Part 2?

Or is this actually the Sworn Statement listed in the list?

9- Sworn Statement (fiancees only) (this one comes in the packet 4)

Any ideas?

Thanks!

DS-230 part II is not required for K1 applications and it's not the sworn statement. It's part of DS-230, but we don't have to fill that out.

See: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/inde...0De%20Janereiro - for what forms and documents should be brought to the interview and in which order.

Thanks for the clarification Mew... I was wondering why I didn't see it on the list. It says Sworn Statment on top of the Part 2 sheet, so I thought maybe that was the Sworn Statement they were talking about.

The Sworn Statement she'll get in her packet 4 and there's one in the last page of Form FS-257A, both papers only required at the interview to be signed in front of the consular.
