Hi All,

Iam new to this forum. I need your help with the POE process.

I have received my Ir1 Visa about a month back, I am planing to go in December, i would appreciate if some who has already been through PoE explain the process involved.

I have a Annotation 212g 2 B on my Visa - I believe its to do with vaccination, will this cause any problems at PoE.

I appreciate all your help in advance.

Regards

Shouldn't cause an issue at POE. Most likely just a waiver for vaccinations that are not medically or age appropriate.

If you had recent shots but did not finish the sequence of shots, you will need to see a doctor in the USA to complete the shots in the correct time sequence.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thank you for the quick reply,

Will i have to redo medical in USA, as the Panel of Doctors in Melbourne already gave some of the missing vaccination and for the rest he quoted - Not Age Appropriate / Insufficient Time Interval/ Not routinely Available (sections)

In the result section he ticked

  • Vaccination history incomplete

    • Applicant may be Eligible for blanket waiver(s) because vaccination(s) not medically appropriate

Thanks in advance.

Nope you wont need to redo/ do another medical for this because you will get a 10yr card on entry with your IR1.

From what you say above

The only thing that is really left up to you is if you wanted any of the shots that you did not get or you are concerned and want them when you arrive so you are vaccinated and prepared. ( Such as the flu shot for the winters etc )
