You need 2 passport photos for each application (AOS, AP, EAD), thats a total of 6 photos and I would send all documents required for AP and EAD as well, even though you are sending them already with AOS you never know if they can be picky and ask for them again or whatever... I did that and have not had an RFE..yet. Good luck!

As stated above you need the supporting documentation for the I-765 and I-131 as well as 2 photos for each.

You should also submit a G-1145 to get a text notification of the NOA1's (good peace of mind).

Yes the address is correct. Also make sure to double check who you're making the cheque out to.

Here is my AOS thread with complete document list: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/235331-aos-ead-ap-from-k1-the-aussie-way-doc-list-included/

I do not know if you just didn't put certain documents on your list to keep it short, or you are not including them. Just to be sure.. Your spouse needs to send their supporting docs for their I-864 too, tax returns(or a statement as to why they did not legally have to file taxes for the last 3 years) and income proof (if they have any). Your co-sponsor needs the tax returns, letter from employer showing position and salary, a few of their recent pay stubs and proof of being a USC(copy of birth cert or passport bio page) or LPR(copy of green card).

Do you really have to send income proof... letter of employer in particular???... since my husband makes a lot more than the minumun required I only sent the tax return from last year... I figure they still have the letter of employer I sent with the K1. lol.... should I be concerned?

All sponsors must submit the following documentation with their I-864:

* Proof of current employment or self employment

* A photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of a photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of your complete Federal income tax return for your most recent tax year, or an explanation if it is not submitted. Your W-2s and/or 1099 forms may also be required, see the I-864 instructions for details.

You may also, at your option, submit a photocopy or an Internal Revenue Service-issued transcript of your complete Federal income tax returns for your second and third most recent tax years if you believe these additional tax returns may help you establish the ability to maintain your household income at the governing threshold set forth in Form I-864P, Poverty Guidelines.

It also lists what to provide as income evidence in the I-864 instructions, such as recent pay stubs. This is a whole new form and filing. You needed to send in all the documentation again. It is possible you won't get an RFE, but have the papers ready in case you do.
