After filing the i-130, and providing marriage proof beyond a doubt, why is this still a requirement at the interview? After reading some posts, it seems that they still want to see wedding photos. Well, those were given at the time of the i-130 submission. Don't they forward your i-130 information to the interview. Maybe someone can clear this all up. I have 4 kids with my wife(the petitioned one) and just didn't think i needed to bring much proof of a relationship at this point.

Thanks!

We need to know where you will be processing--there are vast differences between what the different embassies require. It would be a great help to you if you filled in your time line and all the details, otherwise we are just guessing and doing everyone a disservice.

And no matter what else you may do as you go through the process, it just doesn't matter what you think--it only matters that you follow the instructions in the documents and the guides here, and make adjustments for the nuances of your embassy. If you haven't read all the guides as well as everything about your embassy, now is the time to do that before you go any further.

This really isn't hard at all if you just follow the directions--REALLY !!!

Ok, I added some timeline info. I am Direct Filing in Manila, Philippines. Everything has went well, except the Medical. We *were* supposed to have our interview today, however the St. Luke's 8-week culture test has unfortunately delayed us...
