Do Addresses Matter Later On In The Process?

DOES QUESTION (18. ADDRESS WHERE YOUR RELATIVES INTEND TO LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES) IN THE I-130 DOES IT HAVE TO MATCH LATER ON WITH THE ADDRESS OF YOUR JOINT SPONSOR??

OR DO THEY LATER ON CHECK THAT ADDRESS OR CHECK IF ITS THE SAME AS YOUR SPONSOR? OR WHAT IF YOU DONT END UP LIVING THERE AND CHANE THE ADRESS LATER??

AND WHICH IS THE ADDRESS THAT THEY USE TO SEND ALL THE DOCUMENTS? IS IT THE ONE YOU PLACE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE I-130?

I would assume it would be a red flag if you werent planning on living at the same address as your spouse.

Im not quite clear on the question you are asking. Is the spouse the sponsor? Or is the sponsor someone else?

I think OP means that if he (and beneficiary) are no longer living in the address that they provided with all of the forms as "permanent address" would it somehow disrupt the process.

The paperwork goes to the address that you provided as "permanent address." You are not obligated to live with your co-sponsor for the rest of your life. I believe there is a form you must fill out to change that permanent address. Someone here will let you know which one it is (as I have no idea).

Ah I see!

with regards to changing address, if it happens during the stage between NOA1 and NOA2 I believe you can change it on the USCIS website when you log in, or there is a form to fill out.

If it happens after NOA2 you can just tell the NVC over the phone (this is what i did the other day!)
