My fiance's visa was not granted recently during his interview for a K1 visa in Jamaica. We are thinking of using a lawyer to file again, either for another K1 or for a spousal if we just decide to get married. Has anyone used the attorney advertised on this site? Any good experiences with attorneys who have not ripped you off? Please advise!

Before you discuss attorney, what was the reason given for no visa approval? What questions were asked and how and what did your fiance respond?

Case #1: CR1 & CR2-Hubby & Kids
6/6/11...Priority Date
7/2011...NOA2 ~44 days
8/5/2011...NVC & IIN # Received
9/12/11... CR1 & Cr2 cases completed. ~37 days
11/4/11... CR1 & CR2 Interview APPROVED!!!
11/2011... POE

We first need to know WHY you were denied. An attorney doesn't help you overcome most of the reasons. They would do only what you would do.

attornies advertised on THIS site only come in from Google Ad Cookies, stored on yer computer.

Is no endorsement for any attorney , commercial paid space to the website owner.

Remember VJ is a DIY Immigration Portal - mostly we loathe attornies for the pond scum that they mostly are.

You can find a good attorney, but it's like finding a piece of straw in a straw pile.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
