Per our tracking number, packet 3 arrived at the montreal embassy last wed nov 2nd. I called today and asked if it had been logged, but she was grumpy and told me it was still in administrative processing. This morning when I called they weren't able to find our MTL number, but now this afternoon this is what she tells me.

I have been searching VJ for the answer but not finding it.

Could you please help?

Thanks.

I doubt very seriously that you are in AP. Typically AP occurs AFTER the interview due to a hit on a database or there are parts of the file that the Consulate is questioning (such as bonafied relationship, etc)...

I would venture a guess to say that when you call back tomorrow or Wednesday it'll be logged in and you can proceed with scheduling the medical and interview.

Thanks for your advice. I felt that she was mis-using the words from everything I have read on here, but felt like I should check anyway. Thanks again. Have a great evening.
