Please Im new here and I need some help about the form G-325A on the USCIS intruction that says ..." A COMPLETED ANS SIGNED FORM G-324A, BIOGRAPHIC INFORMATION,FOR YOU AND A FORM G-325A FOR YOUR HUSBAND OR WIFE. EXCEPT FOR YOUR NAME AND SIGANTURE YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REPEAT ON FORM G-325A THE SAME INFORMATION GIVEN ON YOUR FORM I-130 PETITION".. Please can someone help me understand this better. Thanks a lot

Hi,

I was confused about this as well, and i had my hubby sign his G-325A also, and i havent gotten any bad news yet,and hopefully it will stay that way, maybe some more experienced VJ users can give a better answer... good luck

What is it you don't understand? I don't understand what you're asking. The best practice is to complete and sign both forms, even the duplicate information.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
