Hi everyone,

I really need ur idea here and thanks a lot.

My fiancee and i are very excited when we know my annulment is already annuled.Sad to say we cant file if we dont have the certificate of finality.my query is how long does it take to have the certificate of finality?is it important when filing?is original paper that u r already annuled wud declined?pls help.thanks

If your already annulled then you must have your certificate of finality already,, or ask your lawyer, Yes that is VERY important when u filing. so ask your lawyer if you already annulled.
