Hi Guys,

I really hope someone can assist me in this.

I am a green card holder (almost 6 Years), married to a US citizen who is now working in China and thus, I think I am eligible for expeditious naturalization. I just found out this possibility and I am really excited though anxious. I have some questions please.

1. My husband works for Saatchi & Saatchi, an advertising company. However, it is owned by Publicis Groupe from France, though they have headquarters in NYC. Would this company qualify? Also, he wasn't sent to China through the company. He was hired independently while we were in Singapore. Would this make a difference in how he was employed?

2. I have been in and out of the country for approximately 4 years since beginning 2007 (because of my husband's work) and it's definitely more than 6 months at a time. The problem is I didn't know about the repercussions of being out of the country for so long. Every time I get back in, it would be a tedious process (interview room, tons of questions etc.) My ex-immigration lawyer didn't know anything about 319b. I had to find out about the re-entry permit myself and finally got it last November 2010. I am now worried that on the N-400 application, they asked for specific dates that I have traveled. I have lost track (We were in Singapore and now in China) and worry that it might be inaccurate and so I will be considered lying. Is this something I should be concerned about?

3. Which home address should I put since we are already living in China in order for USCIS to contact me immediately for interviews.

4. I understand that New Jersey and Fairfax VA offer same day oaths. Almost over 90% of contributors have mentioned that the Fairfax office is a better experience overall. We have residence in NY and would be happy to travel to VA just to get everything done smoothly. But what is the approximate process time between filing and receiving the interview date in VA? I am planning to go back to US for a trip in February 2012. Would before Thanksgiving be a good time to send it out?

5. I will really appreciate ALL experiences that you guys have but anyone from China going through the same thing I am, by any chance? I am in Guangzhou

Thank you very much and I really appreciate your help.
