I just posted this in a different thread by mistake :(

So! Husband in Armenia, i am in usa (green card holder).

I130 sent to cis on 2/14, approval notice arrived on 6/10 ...

What next? How long should we wait?

I am 5 mo pregnant, delivering in March and going crazy without him!

Ok so ins approved and sent to nvc in june 2011. Is the priority date Feb 2011 when we sent it to ins or june 2011 when it was sent to nvc from ins?

This page is terribly confusing -

http://www.travel.state.gov/pdf/Cut-off_Dates_worldwide_online.pdf

Please look at it and explain me - in fy 2011 did they reach june 2010 and go back to processing visas from 2006-2007?! What the heck?! Also, when does the fiscal year begin? Which month of which yr?

any hopes husband can be with me when i deliver? What do we do?!

Thanks a lot for all help and advise

There is no INS anymore.

Your profile shows you as a US citizen, so there is no waiting for a visa, once the paperwork is done, he'll get the visa (assuming he is approved of course!). Your writing is a bit confusing, but it sounds like your case should be on the way to the embassy as we speak. Did you submit the I-864 and supporting docs yet? Your expected due date is over a year from when you filed, so yes, unless the process was delayed by you in some way (you got an RFE or similar), he should have the visa by them.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Have a look at the guides here, specifically the CR-1 step-by-step guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide1 and the NVC flow chart (which it sounds is where your petition is now): http://www.visajourney.com/examples/NVC_Process_Flowchart_v1-2.pdf that should give you a clearer picture of what is happening now and how you can get things moving as soon as possible.
