i751 filed and waiting for interview date

my interview date has not been arrive yet. it has been 1 month and 1 week already.

how long does it usually takes to get an interview date?

Do you know the process?

Removal of conditions takes around 5-6 months but there are people waiting 7 Months still for approvals.

You file and get an NOA1

You get a biometrics letter and then go take biometrics on the appointment given to you

You wait for either an interview OR an approval.

Not everyone gets an interview. You may never get an interview and just be approved.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

you may not need a interview to remove conditions, you file the 1-751 then a week or two you get the receipt noa-1 letter with a one year extension for your permanent resident card, then about a month later you should receive a letter asc, to have your biometrics taken photo and fingerprints taken , then you wait for a decision it should take about two months, not everyone gets a interview to remove conditions,

Please fill in your time line

Please give ALL details of the issue. We clearly cannot help you since you are not telling us the whole thing and only giving bits and parts of information.

You did not have biometrics at all? They did not take your fingerprints or anything?

Are you SURE the letter was not a biometrics letter that you got?

When did you get the letter of relocation?

When did you file ROC?

How long have you been waiting since filing?

Have you called USCIS to see what is going on?
