Dear Visajourney members:

my wife and I are very happy to let you know our application for AOS got approved.

I learned great deal from the forum, I appreciate your timely responses and advises.

We interviewed at San Francisco immigration office. the whole process (including waiting time) is about 50 minutes.

We had a nice IO, who didn't ask us tough questions.

Here are the questions we were asked by IO:

  • Date of birth of applicant + DOB of spouse,
  • Place of birth of your husband, your husband’s phone number
  • Your husband’s phone number
  • Occupation for applicant and spouse
  • How did you get to know each other
  • Did you have a Wedding reception? (we showed photos before marriage, after marriage, photos for wedding receptions)
  • our parents joined us for wedding
  • What are your hobbies? (did you guys do things together)
  • Have you lived together before marriage?
  • What would your parents say about your husband / and your wife?

Once again many thanks to this forum, I wish your guys have a pleasant journey!

P.S. I have one more question - how did you make you timeline display ( I saw some members have their time line displayed

on each post they posted.)

Jeff
