I-134: What to use?!

Hello!

The time has come that I'm preparing my I-134. I've read in detail the instructions form, as well as the notes at the Tokyo Embassy where my fiancee will interview (link: Tokyo Embassy "Overcoming the Public Charge"). My situation is, specifically:

Things that are good/easy:

-My employment provides an income of over 200% the Federal Poverty Line, and I've been employed since February 2011

-My employer will provide a letter (HR will draft it specifically to the I-134 instructions on company letterhead)

-My bank can easily draft and provide a letter, addressed to the Tokyo embassy, filling the embassy sites mentioned ("Statement from an officer of a bank regarding his/her account, the date the account was opened and the present balance")

-I will provide scans of my paycheck stubs dating February 2011-present when mailing the I-134 in December to my fiancee for use at her interview.

Things that I'm a bit worried about:

-My bank sucks about "calculating total deposits for the year". They keep 3 months of records "on-site"; I can call and pay for full detail statements, but providing "X amount of dollars has been deposited in this account since January 2011" type of provisions have been hard (I use Wells Fargo).

-Bank letter doesn't fully fill the requirements from the USCIS instructions; but, the Tokyo Embassy's sites specifications are exactly met.

-My 2010 tax return sucks. I graduated from college in December 2009; took about 13 months to find a fulltime career-level job. 2010 is the only one I have. Should I even include it?

-My savings and checkings balances aren't going to be super flashy or useable as "major levels of additional support". I've been paying off debt rapidly in anticipation of our marriage and our first apartment together in early 2012.

Other Factors:

-As an additional note, my father will be joint-sponsoring my fiancee (she'll be my wife at that point! :D) for our I-485/AOS application. Should he do an I-134 as well?

What should I include? How many pages was your[/i ]I-134? Should I include the entire years worth of paystub scans? What should I do?! :help:

With your current and ongoing income you are just fine. No need for savings or any other bank info. 2010 tax return. Recent paystubs (6 - 10), Employer letter.

Dad shouldn't be needed at any stage based on what you've said here.

Even though it's an abysmal tax return? I was only employed 2 or 3 months that tax year. Is that just a formality, despite the fact I was unemployed?

Consulate considers 'current' income level. The fact that you were a student previously and now are gainfully employed with steady income is the key to an approval.

Make sure to have good letter of employment with date of hire, position and salary. Include recent pay check stubs (you don't need a stack because they show year to date income). Include last year tax return because it is necessary.

If your income is 200% over poverty guidelines you don't need any documentation showing deposits from bank, nor will you need a co-sponsor with your income level.
