Hey everyone,

I'm flying to the US for thanksgiving, and am currently applying for the fiancee visa.

Are there any issues I might face at immigration? If so, what documentation should I have prepared?

Thanks!

use the VWP, try to pack lightly, a return ticket, a letter from school or employer stating that you are expected to return on a certain date, a lease agreement. while nothing can guarantee entry in to the US these things should help to prove that you plan on returning to the UK. most from the UK dont seem to have much of a problem though :)

I agree with all that has been said. My fiance has come twice now and will be here for the holidays for his third time. He has never been hassled so hopefully this time he won't either. It is always a worry, but coming prepared and being honest is your best way to ensure a nice vacation with your fiancee.
