no... the website isnt always updated... plus a 'touch' means nothing anyway... it may just mean that your file has been moved from 1 shelf to another.

A touch is a date change on the status website that does not have any notice attached to it. The " last updated date " will have changed with no notice or contact.

This does not always happen. Sometimes no updates are logged at all.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Just curious, if i don't see a change in my form I-129f on USCIS site, does that mean it hasn't been touched for any reason since NOA1? Is it conclusive that the date must change to reflect it has been touched at some point?

THAT WEBSITE IS ALLWAYS BEHIND. I THOUGHT THE SAME THING SO I CALLED AND THE NEXT DAY IT WAS UPDATED.. NO WORRIES

I never got a "touch" but I got my NOA2 in 71 days with no RFEs. :thumbs:

December 2009 -- Visit to Malaysia.

February 2010 -- Applied for B2 visa, approved.

March 2010 -- Visited US.

April 2010 -- Returned from US.

May 2010 -- Sent in K1 Visa application.

July 2010 -- Received NOA2 in 71 days from NOA1.

July 2010 -- Packet 3 received.

August 2010 -- Cancellation of K1 Visa application.

Ours was never touched and currently shows "initial review" Alla has filed for her citizenship. The online system is not accurate or reliable.
