- Proof of ongoing relationship

- Divorce Decree with English Translation for Beneficiary

Am i missing anything? Does the order of the forms/documents look ok?

make sure the divorce decree is not only photocopy but the legal copy (from the judge). my husband (US Petitioner) got RFE because he just sent photocopy.

About four years ago, I did this the first time, and sent photocopy of divorce decree and there was no RFE, nothing.

I have no idea what makes it different..maybe random thing? lucky for you! for us RFE is not a big deal, just kinda sad because they asking something that they dont specifically asked that in the beginning. waste out time a little bit more than what we expected. BUT an RFE also a good news because then you know they looked at our case.

I didn't get RFE . I used only photocopies of BOTH my divorce decrees ....was approved sept 29 2011

thanks everyone! i've read that the original divorce decree is only needed for the interview stage, therefore I will only send a photocopy for now...
