Hello, My B1,B2 VISA is approve December2010, But visa officer says, your application must undergo some additional administrative processing before your visa can be printed. My question is how much month i m waiting for my B1,B2 VISA? its almost one year. pl z reply thank u

Have you called the embassy? Have you called DOS and what do they say? What about a congressman?

Hello, Thanks for reply, Yes i have many time to call & email the embassy about my B1,B2 VISA proses to administrative processing, But visa officer says your case is under processing we don't know we will do our best to complete the administrative processing to facilitate your travel, pl z anyone guide to me about this process. thank u

The only thing you can do is make inquiries with the embassy or DOS... ap can take so long from pakistan... weve been waiting for almost 5 months now just to be able to have him home.... just keep emailing calling and speaking with the department of state so they know your keeping tabs on your case

There is nothing you can do to speed up administrative processing. My husband has been waiting a year in AR/AP. You are doing all you can by calling and emailing the embassy.

Congressman or senator would not touch a tourist visa applicant....

Emabassy normally would put the tourist visa application on lower priority for Ap over the ppl applying for the immigrant visa.

So there is not much you can do just check regularly.

YEs i do agree but when your left in the dark a simple phone call is worth it to ask if they can help or not the worst that can happen is they say no and your still left where you were... I know some congressman that won't even touch a family immigrant case.

Thanks God, 13Months 12Days the Admin process is Done.Finally I Got the VISA.
