Hi there, "trulyinlove", I have read all your posts and all the replies. I know how you feel dearest. At this point, since you have already exhausted everything, all the possible things to do like submitting co-sponsor affidavit, for now, I think you just have to pray and cry out with God. Pray hard to God and believe that only God can make miracles and He knows what is really best for your case. Pray for God's will and whatever the outcome will be, just accept it and believe that there is still other ways, God will make it happen in HIS time. But, never lose HOPE, pray that God will touch the heart of the Consul who is going to review your case. Pray for God's favor to be upon you. Nothing is impossible with God. If that is God's plan for you, He will make all ways possible. Just keep going ! Love your Fiance forever, and be POSITIVE.:) I would love to hear the good news later then. Take care ! :)

You know what, messybrownhair (click the link- she's another vj member) was also on K-1 visa, and her fiance made $19,950 for 2010 but did not get co-sponsor. Why don't you try contacting her if she's willing to share any input. Try to read her blogs too so if you can get any idea.

they might be asking for pay stubbs or letter from employer??

Bank statements just show what you have and cash flow it doesn't show where it came from. That is why you submit pay stubs and an employment letter.

To answer your original question, yes people still get tuned down after submitting the documents. One friend got hit for the same thing. Financial records and after submitting them a second time was turned down.

the documents you have already provided just show that your fiance has an income so you need to provide something that shows where this income is coming from... like a letter from the VA :)
