1. I guess i am confusing myself by over thinking. The documents required with DS-230 belong to ONLY beneficiary, right?

what documents from USC are submitted IF required along with it? or none..

2. Are Bar code sheets for I-864 and DS-230 are generated when fees paid online? DOes this meanthat i can print them and send with already prepared packets instead of waiting to be recieved from NVC???

09/13/2011 RFE docs delivered to local office

09/29/2011 Additional RFE package delivered

10/11/2011 Senator's office informed APPROVED

11/05/2011 NOA2 in snail mail.....forgot about it...

10/24/2011 case recieved

11/18/2011 Case # assigned..

11/21/2011 AOS fee paid online & DS-3032 sent through email

11/23/2011 Agent of choice through email accepted. Paid IV fee online..

11/25/2011 Both fees show "paid". Sent AOS & IV in one package...

11/28/2011 AOS & IV packets delivered.../letter rcvd-Expedite request denied..huh..

12/02/2011 RFE on phone for AOS section 25..

12/03/2011 Revised I-864 sent..

12/09/2011 Case complete.

01/26/2012 Medical done..

02/07/2012 Interview done but temp denied.. green 221g

A Hard wait begins...Plz God help....

DS230 is the immigrants info they sign the FIRST page ONLY and sign the second page at the interview.

The cover letter with bar codes for the two packets can be printed as soon as your online receipt for payment says paid...when its still saying processed/processing you have to keep checking daily...

But I would also save a copy to your computer because a person recently didnt print it in a timely manner and then went back but couldnt get it to show up...

Attach each cover letter to your corresponding packet and thats it!

08/19/2013 Received NOIR to respond by 9/18/2013

9/9/2013 Responded to NOIR/USCIS received documents awaiting response

9/20/2013 USCIS reaffirmed sent to embassy

1/04/14 Case opened for review

8/31/15 Interview- no questions visa approved on the spot

9/8/15 visa status issued

9/10/15 visa received
