There were 53 Petitions adjucated last week. For the three week period I've got tracked here there is an average of 47 per week and a total of 141 for the 3 week span from 9/2 to 9/22. The number of petitions approved in March is down 75% from last week, while July Petitions are up over 600%

Why in God's name would this be moved out of the K-1 Forum? It's directly related to the K-1 Visa.

I spent a fair amount of time each week manipulating this data to derive the Trends so I could share. But nobody even comments on the effort or results. I guess the info isn't needed.

I feel the same way. I crunch the numbers. People seem to appreciate it. It relates to various steps along the K1 path. Then the post gets moved, meaning that people can't find it as easily!

Thank for for updating your timeline. (My Assistant, then edit/add my timeline.)

Thanks to both of you for playing with the numbers. I do look forward to seeing the data. I know statistics are funny and what happens here to VJ petitions is not necessarily reflective of what is happing nationally or even to my own petition, but it keeps me occupied and helps me make sense of what is happening.

I couldn't find Tom's analysis posted last night, but finally stumbled across it. Tom- your prediciton for my petition to be approved mid-novemebr still seems to be holding up based on the last info you posted. My VJ timeline estimates moves all over the place but now is at Dec 3- the earliest I have seen it. Hoping its a good sign (without taking REF into the equation).

Kudos to Tom, Clare and Gary for takign the time to look at the big picture and sharing their work with us. :star:
